My client, a market leading manufacturer in their field, is recruiting for a Quality Manager for their facility in Cardiff. They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the construction manufacturing industry.

As a Quality Manager you will:

1. Establish and implement quality control procedures for products.
2. Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished elements to ensure they meet the required specifications.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
4. Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
6. Ensure that all processes and products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
7. Ensure all testing and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
8. Ensure that all quality control processes adhere to health and safety protocols to protect workers.

You will need:

1. Experience in construction manufacturing
2. Good organisational and communication skills
3. Good technical ability, enthusiastic and driven
