About the team: Our platform is divided into four departments, each with cross-functional product teams operating in an agile environment. The Selling department focuses on creating the best holiday search experience, managing trillions of offers, ensuring seamless checkout across our app and web, and providing tools for our commercial teams to optimize marketing, on-site experience, and pricing. Responsibilities include our search platform, checkout, revenue management, marketing platform, CRM, and content engineering. Other departments include:

  • Managing β€” oversees the post-booking journey, including app management, call centre tools, and chatbots.
  • Supplying β€” handles hotel, flight, and ancillary supplier integrations, focusing on breadth of choice, cost, and availability accuracy.
  • Core engineering β€” provides systems and infrastructure to address common technological challenges, forming foundational systems like infrastructure and content management.

Your day-to-day:

  • Define and manage the Selling platform strategy with the Head of Engineering and Director of Design & Research.
  • Align product strategy with VP of Product, CPO, and collaborate with marketing and supply teams.
  • Lead product development and delivery, setting priorities and removing obstacles.
  • Analyze product performance and its impact on trading, fostering a culture of impact and delivery.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the platform, evolving them as the business grows.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor a team of PMs within the Selling department.
  • Collaborate with designers on product discovery and research, deeply understanding customer needs.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, communicate progress, and participate in product leadership.
  • Oversee the Selling product budget and team structure alongside the Head of Engineering.

Your skillset:

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in B2C marketplaces, with leadership roles in product or technology.
  • Successful track record of shipping customer products, with ability to discuss key metrics and learnings.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders.
  • Experience with product analytics tools like BigQuery to derive insights.
  • Experience working in autonomous, cross-functional teams with customer research and product discovery.
  • A passion for building products that delight customers and generate business value.
