Sales Negotiator

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well-regarded independent estate agency based in Stonecot Hill.

The ideal candidate will be confident, ambitious, and skilled in generating business and closing sales in a fast-paced residential property environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register and qualify applicants
• Conduct property viewings
• Generate new business opportunities and instructions
• Negotiate offers and sales to successful completion
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Liaise with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Residential Sales Negotiator
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Confident, articulate, and customer-focused
• Strong telephone manner and communication abilities
• Ambitious, well-presented, and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of Carshalton and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence is essential
