Overview
The Tulane School of Social Work (TSSW) is seeking experienced adjunct instructors to teach in both our online and on-ground MSW and DSW programs. The TSSW invites top-level applicants from New Orleans, around the country and across the globe to apply. We are especially interested in adjuncts that can teach graduate-level statistics.
Responsibilities
- Online adjunct faculty can teach online courses from anywhere in the world via a high-speed internet connection.
- On ground adjunct faculty are needed on Mondays-Thursdays 8am-5pm in the TSSW offices located in New Orleans.
- Teaching loads will vary from 1 to 2 courses per semester based on the needs of the school and your availability.
- Courses will vary across micro and macro practice areas to include: Social work history; Social work policy; Diversity and social justice; Theory; Direct practice; Organization and community practice; Advanced practice; Human Behavior; Community organizing; Research; Practice with individuals, families, and groups; Various electives.
All applicants will be reviewed and screened by the TSSW and the Office of Academic Affairs.
