Location: Aire & Calder, Goole – Brewers Fayre

Salary: £41,000-£45,000 (Opportunity to earn up to 50% bonus)

Responsibilities

1. Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members.
2. Inspire, develop, and lead management and staff to ensure high retention.
3. Maximize revenue through analyzing sales and forecasting.
4. Manage costs and site P&L effectively.
5. Support regional business goals.
6. Drive performance through regular feedback and coaching.
7. Maintain high standards of health and safety.
8. Ensure excellent guest service and brand representation.
9. Utilize guest feedback and drive sales initiatives.
10. Lead change and innovation within the team.

Candidate Profile

Experience in high-volume, guest-facing leadership roles within branded operations is preferred.

Passion for the brand and a commitment to excellence are essential.
