Contract Manager: HVAC FM

My client is a provider of M and E Building Services and FM specialists, offering tailored technical services, including maintenance and projects, across a varied, blue-chip client portfolio in corporate and commercial settings.

A Contract Manager is needed to oversee mechanical/HVAC hard services maintenance for a multi-site client portfolio, including commercial, retail, and managing agent facilities.

The role involves managing mechanical hard services such as PPM/reactive maintenance, small works including HVAC, mechanical, commercial heating, L8, LED projects, and small-scale AC system installations like AHUs.

The Contract Manager will lead a team of mobile HVAC engineers, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality technical services, supervising subcontractors and third parties to maintain standards of workmanship and QSHE compliance.

Please Note:

• The successful candidate will be expected to generate new business through existing client relationships and actively participate in business development, tenders, contract mobilization, retention, and renewals.
• This position requires a Mechanical/HVAC background, qualifications, and experience relevant to the role.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant M and E/HVAC qualifications and ongoing training.
• Current role as a Contract Manager or similar within an M and E Maintenance environment.
• Strong commercial awareness in managing M and E Maintenance contracts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and commercial acumen.
• Business development skills and ability to meet financial, commercial, and safety objectives.
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills.

Salary and Package:

• GBP50,000 – GBP52,000
