3. Assessment: Regularly assess students\’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs.
4. Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences to support students\’ growth and development.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and promote a cohesive and supportive school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess relevant qualifications in primary education.
2. Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. A genuine passion for primary education, creativity, and adaptability in teaching approaches.
5. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
