L&Q is looking for an experienced Data Analyst, to join the Special Projects and Sustainability team. This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a rewarding role, delivering outstanding customer service daily.

The Data Analyst will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver the largest positive impact programme to our residents including plans for Net Zero energy and will be part of delivering one of the largest retrofit programmes in social housing. The Data Analyst supports the communication of those plans to internal and external stakeholders.

The Data Analysts will provide weekly/monthly reports on delivery of Damp and Mould/Disrepair case management providing the Asset strategy team with trends and hotspots to ensure proactive maintenance is identified.

They report on current works orders in the form of a weekly WIP for the Special Projects and Sustainability team to ensure excellent customer service is being provided and continuous monitoring of outstanding works.

To assist the wider Property Services team to meet targets for SAP C by 2030 and Net Zero by 2050 alongside the Major Works investment plan.

You will ensure the reports are of sufficient quality to drive investment decisions and service improvement across Property Services Teams

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports including the weekly and monthly Healthy homes mould and damp WIP (work in progress) and providing data and progress to the Executive Team and Board respectively.

To be considered for this role candidates will be able to demonstrate:

· Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage time effectively.

· Experience in dealing with property data and experience of systems such as Parity Projects Portfolio system, Keystone, Pimms, QL or other stock condition data systems

· Excellent communications skills and data reporting

· Ability to work with large amounts of data, owning the data integrity and collection of data.

· Effective reporting skills

· Highly analytical and able to use and build multiple, complex data sources inc. SQL

Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 pa Inside London and £28,500 to £34,500 pa Nationally based/outside London pa depending on experience and location, If you are interested in this role and have the experience required, then apply without delay!

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
