Overview:

With full responsibility for operational functions, you will lead 8 direct reports and a team of 75, embedding a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, and delivery. Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Track record in delivering or improving OTIF performance in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience in a similar role/ leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data presentation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Clear communicator with a hands-on leadership style and strong team development capability.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or CI certification is an advantage.
