We have a simple mission at Tonkotsu: to serve real ramen with heart and soul in every bowl! We want people to leave our restaurants happier than when they arrived, with satisfied hunger and warmth from the hospitality they’ve received. We began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho, London. We have a few more restaurants now but are still committed to providing excellent ramen with our homemade noodles and served by our great people!
You will join a team that is passionate about delivering a great OMOTENASHI! What is that you ask? Omotenashi is The Japanese Art of Hospitality; it is service without being servile. We anticipate our customer needs; it is service from the bottom of the heart.
As a Front of House Team member, you are on the front line, the person with the power to turn a good customer experience into an excellent one. You will embrace the spirit of Omotenashi hospitality. We can teach you everything you need to know; you just need to be curious to learn, have a generous spirit, and work hard.
We expect a lot, but we give a lot too – in return for all the hard work, you’ll be paid well and get some cool benefits.
