Senior Producer - Creative Programmes

The Albany is seeking a Senior Producer – Creative Programmes to lead the development of an ambitious and inclusive programme of live performance, music, and events across the Albany and Deptford Lounge. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a dynamic and collaborative arts producer with a passion for artist development and community engagement. You’ll work closely with artists, partners, and local communities to shape a diverse programme that reflects the voices of South East London. The successful candidate will build and manage relationships with creative collaborators, while supporting youth-led and community-led initiatives across our growing network.

1. Proven experience producing live performance and cultural events
2. Strong artist and stakeholder relationship-building skills
3. Commitment to inclusive, community-led cultural programming
4. Project management and team coordination experience
5. Ability to translate creative vision into deliverable programmes

• Salary: £36,000–£37,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)
