Rmg digital are looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to join the team. We’re a niche digital recruitment agency based in Swindon with clients throughout the UK, Europe & USA. rmg digital has become a recognised name and brand in the industry, in the last 12 months we’ve not only increased our profits, but we’ve had a huge increase in client demand so are now looking to expand the markets we operate in. The Role As a Delivery Consultant you’ll be working with the account managers to help our clients find the best talent out there. Sourcing and placing tech talent with our amazing clients, whilst being the ears and eyes to the sales team and helping them to identify awesome companies that might need our help. As a Talent hunter, you’ll spend your time looking for top candidates in the digital market and interviewing them. You’ll become an expert at spotting what “great” looks like. You will do the following; Obtaining referrals and leads from candidates Search and source candidates via all the sourcing tools available to you, including search and selection, advertising and social media. Register new candidates on a daily basis to ensure we are working with the best people in our market Match candidates to the roles we have with our clients Liaise with our clients over the phone and via email to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly Ensure that all data is added correctly to the CRM Previous delivery consultant experience would be desirable but if you don’t have recruitment experience, that doesn’t matter. We have a world-class training programme to help you learn the job as well as give you all the tools you need to be a success!
