What You’ll Do:
As a Graduate Motor Underwriter, you’ll be right at the heart of the risk selection process, which is vital to our success. You’ll have a direct influence on how motor insurance risks are assessed and managed. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real, measurable impact on the profitability of the business from day one. In this role, you will work across a range of Motor & Fleet insurance tasks, including analysing data, interpreting key trends, and collaborating with teams on both UK and international projects. While analytical skills are key, this role also offers the opportunity to build relationships with internal teams and external clients, helping to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for graduates with a strong academic background and a keen interest in the insurance industry. While prior experience isn’t necessary, you should be comfortable working with data and have a passion for learning and development. We will definitely consider applications from candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, although a Master’s degree is a bonus.
