They are currently seeking a Land & Property Graduate to join their office near Bishop Stortford. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your experience, working on Historic England projects, conversions, new builds, and heritage projects.

Experience Required:

• Confident, numerate, and analytical team player
• Basic, practical knowledge of construction methodology
• Strong communication skills with drive and determination to succeed
• Ability to prioritize activities and manage a demanding role
• Achieved at least a 2:1 degree in a recognized construction-related subject
