We are recruiting for a Business Administrator for a company in Newcastle under Lyme where you will support with various areas of the business. You will have the opportunity to work for a growing global company, and you will be based within a small team, reporting to the Managing Director. This is an exciting and busy role for the Business Administrator where you will be able to be involved with various administrative duties. Duties for the Business Administrator: Order processing – dealing with customer orders through a portal and taking orders through emails Taking incoming calls from customers to provide updates regarding their orders Using the SAP system to review the stock levels and purchase various stock using reports Processing invoices, managing supplier payments and managing credit accounts Credit control duties Organising deliveries and shipments for customers Management of customs procedures Provide office support to the Field Sales team Requirements for the Business Administrator role: Must have strong admin experience where you have been dealing with B2B customers Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers Be able to work as part of a small team Strong multi-tasking skills as you will need to be an all-round team player Be flexible to support with various areas of the business Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 Per Annum Brampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region
