Solar Panel Installer

Start Date: January, 3 months work, maybe more.

Coverage Area: GU postcodes.

Contract Type: Labour only contract. All materials other than tile or slates are provided.

PAY:
£400 for any install up to 10 panels and £25 per panel over.

Duties:

1. Install solar panels on new build residential and commercial properties.
2. Work with power tools to secure panels in place.
3. Utilise mechanical knowledge to assemble mounting structures.
4. Compliant installation of Viridian and GSE mounting systems.
5. Testing of installed DC cables once installed.
6. Proficient use of mobile app to document installation.
7. Punctual and safety conscious.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in solar panel installation is essential.
2. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
3. CSCS card holder.
4. Experience with in-roof systems preferable but not essential as training is provided.
5. Basic understanding of solar PV systems is desirable.
