The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Client Engagement: Shadow client briefings to understand business, culture, and hiring needs. Deep dive into role requirements, qualifications, and expectations.
• Market Expertise: Conduct market mapping to identify top firms and potential clients. Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
• Talent Acquisition: Attract, screen, and assess high-calibre candidates. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, handle references and final negotiations.

• £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £45k
