We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Services Team.
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract
Hours: 17.5 hours across 5 days per week
Role Overview
Cairn Housing Group requires a Housing Services Assistant to provide high quality and customer focused service that covers all aspects of the tenancy and support to the customer.
Duties include:
- Processing housing applications and garage applications.
- Maintaining waiting lists in line with Cairn procedures and SLAs.
- Assisting the housing officers to identify prospective tenants and allocate properties within given timescales.
- Providing first line basic advice on all tenancy related queries to ensure a consistent service.
Qualifications
The successful applicant should have:
- 1-2 yearsβ experience in a similar environment.
- Experience of administration duties.
- Strong communication skills with customers over the phone, face to face, and in writing.
