Job Summary: The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and performance analyses to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Coordinate and manage client meetings, briefings, and reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working at a marketing agency, or
- A graduate with a year in industry as part of their degree, or
- Completion of a marketing apprenticeship with over 12 months of experience at a marketing agency.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms, analytics tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A full clean, driving license.
