A little bit about us
Here at Wellburn, our lovely family run business operates a little differently to a lot of other businesses. We don’t hire robots. We hire people. Everyone is different, and we love that. Our recruitment policy is as much to do with personality as it is about qualifications. We need you to fit in and be part of the team. Part of the family.

About the role
The wellbeing of our residents is vital now more than ever. Providing a rich activity programme can benefit our residents in countless ways, from improving their health to increasing happiness, and allowing them to achieve their goals.

We are looking for organised, creative, think outside of the box people to join our team of Lifestyle Co-Ordinators ensuring our residents have a rich and engaging person-centred activity programme. Whether it’s taking our residents out on trips, planning events in the home or one to one activities, the possibilities are endless.

Along with planning activities, our lifestyle co-ordinators are responsible for managing and populating their home’s Facebook page with engaging content, taking care of their own budgets and ensuring paperwork is kept up to date. We encourage our co-ordinators to take full autonomy and make the role their own, along with an activities budget of £750 per month!

Sounding good? We want to hear from you!
