Job Description – Parts and Service Coordinator
You will be dealing directly with our growing customer base. The role of Service Coordinator is varied, and no two days are the same. You will oversee daily service and delivery operations, and thorough customer liaison is a pivotal part of the role. The ability to communicate at all levels and a passion to succeed are essential. A real desire to achieve great things, multi-tasking, fast thinking, and strong motivational skills are also required.
Along with a technical or engineering background, you should be IT literate with knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Effective relationship and communication skills, the ability to cope under pressure, and a customer service orientation are essential. We can teach you the rest.
