We are currently looking for a Assistant Facilities Manager to work for our established client based on one site in Blackfriars. The main purpose of the role is to manage and deliver all soft services across the commercial site working closely with the head of FM. The position is a short term contract working Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm on site. Assistant Facilities Manager Blackfriars, London Temporary contract £19ph – £21ph Responsibilities: Overseeing people management of cleaning, porterate, helpdesk and security staff – Arranging cover due to absences including annual leave and sickness Management of team working patterns, rotas and overtime Ensuring CAFM system is up to date with updated reactive works and PPM Ensure workload is in line with contractual SLA/KPI’s in relation Attending meetings and preparing reports for meetings with stakeholders Carry out internal audits and support stakeholders with external audits Ensure health and safety legislation and site procedures are always implemented and operated to Looking for: IOSHH Minimum 2 years FM experience Experience of health and safety compliance systems Strong leadership skills Excellent IT skills Excellent communication and administration skills ** DUE TO THE LEVELS OF APPLICATIONS, ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
