Job Purpose

To be an ambassador who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage proactively in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to high security standards, being attentive to prevent product thefts.

Knowledge and Skills

• Passion for human relations and sales.
• Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion and knowledge of the product category.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
