Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast-growing Electronic Money Institution as a Junior Business Development Manager (BDM), with an office located in the heart of London.
As the company expands, we are looking for a motivated Junior Sales professional for our London office to work specifically in the financial services sector.
The qualified candidate will generate significant revenue and commissions through aggressive outbound calling to executives and decision-makers. The Junior Business Development Manager must also be able to approach and present to upper management and C-Level decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting via cold calling, internet, networking, and trade shows.
- Identify large opportunities and develop strategies to win business.
- Collaborate with Sales Management and fellow Business Development Managers to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, close sales, motivate the team, and spur growth.
- Educate prospects on our solutions, communicating capabilities and benefits.
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations alongside Project Account Managers.
- Maintain records of interactions, orders, and accounts in CRM software.
- Understand customer needs and respond effectively with appropriate plans.
- Stay updated on trends and changes in the business world.
- Continuously achieve and exceed KPIs.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in business development, sales, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategies and execute them effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
