Key Details:
- Position: Part-Time Customer Support Executive
- Location: Canary Wharf, London
- Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of customer service in a multiskilled Customer Experience Centre (CEC)
- Support core CEC services, including primary contact channels (telephone and email) and helpline support
- Ensure governance, processes, and procedures are documented and followed
- Represent the CEC in cross-agency groups, sharing performance and feedback
- Monitor campaigns and developments impacting demand
