Project Control Specialist – Permanent – Tax Free

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct project health check assessments for joint venture projects and present the outcomes to the project sponsor.
2. Review and monitor project performance, and present results to the project team and sponsor.
3. Prepare reports analyzing project progress during development or execution stages.
4. Perform project risk analyses.
5. Manage the database for lessons learned in projects.
6. Support the project team by providing best practices in project oversight and control.
7. Offer consultation services in project management, including project economics, governance, organization setup, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
8. Assist in developing business plans, project feasibility studies, and technical development.
9. Analyze claims and advise on negotiation strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized and approved program; a master\’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, including at least 10 years in project control (planning, scheduling, and cost control).
• PMP and PMI-SP certifications from the Project Management Institute (or equivalent).
• Certified by AACEI (Advanced Association of Cost Engineers) or equivalent.
• Experience in mega projects within refineries, petrochemicals, or infrastructure industries.
• Experience in developing project scope, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ability to enhance benchmarking databases from a cost and industry perspective.
