Were currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to create an outstanding customer experience at our Lingfield Click & Collect branch and help customers get excited about our products. We offer: £24,500 + performance-related bonus of up to £6,720 per annum 33 days annual leave Flexible working hours Generous employee discounts Private health care and sick pay cover Maternity and paternity packages Hours Youll work a five-day week on a set rota that includes weekends (39.5 hours per week) About the role Passionate about cars? As an Arnold Clark Click & Collect Product Genius, youll play a key part in the Click & Collect process, introducing customers to the car theyve chosen online for the very first time. Youll also help the customer through the process of selling their car to Arnold Clark. Youll be committed to learning about our products and be able to deliver an outstanding level of service when customers come to collect or sell their car. This role will be a great fit for a customer service superstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and youll be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to increase your earnings and develop your career.
