About the job This role focuses on aggregate learning in areas such as Google product policies and proprietary tools. You will collaborate with teams across gUP and gTech to support product launches and regulatory training. Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of high-impact learning solutions, aligning stakeholders around objectives and plans. Develop strategies to improve operational metrics and training ROI within gTech Users and Products (gUP). Create and maintain a comprehensive, compliant training framework, including asset creation and supplier engagement standards. Partner with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps, analyze quality trends, and support business goals like product and tool launches.
