You will collaborate with teams across gUP and gTech to support product launches and regulatory training. Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of high-impact learning solutions, aligning stakeholders around objectives and plans. Develop strategies to improve operational metrics and training ROI within gTech Users and Products (gUP). Create and maintain a comprehensive, compliant training framework, including asset creation and supplier engagement standards. Partner with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps, analyze quality trends, and support business goals like product and tool launches.
