Main Responsibilities
- Provide brokers with their renewal invites for all products including RPO, CPO, Retail, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Contractors, Tradesman and Commercial Combined, in good time.
- Work through any renewals queries for your panel of brokers in a timely manner.
- Action all Mid Term Adjustments and Cancellations for your brokers and clients.
- Large case management for renewals over £5,000 and above.
- Act as a referral point for Underwriting Assistants within the Team.
- Answer phone calls to brokers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate in accordance with the Underwriting License given.
- Make use of the Underwriting guide in addition to senior colleagues for a collaborative approach to underwriting.
- Take initiative, within the context of the role, to improve work processes and promote overall corporate goals.
- Ensure Group trading entities deliver customer outcomes in a compliant manner in accordance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
