The firm is seeking an Associate to join the Criminal Compliance & Regulatory team in London on a permanent basis. The team is highly regarded for its expertise in regulatory work and serves clients nationally. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful team, supporting the growth of an expanding regulatory practice, with involvement in marketing and development initiatives.

The primary focus will be on advising and assisting private clients with compliance and regulatory matters across various industries, including food, fashion, and retail. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interpreting relevant regulations and guidance
  • Drafting policies and procedures for compliance
  • Conducting due diligence in corporate transactions
  • Communicating with regulators
  • Handling civil and criminal enforcement
  • Advising and representing clients in product recall cases, including trading standards investigations

You will be expected to assume responsibility from the start, with support and supervision from the team to maximize your potential. This role provides a unique opportunity to support the team, the Corporate TMG, and the wider firm, fostering your professional growth and success.
