About the role: The role is part of the global marketing and sales centre of excellence, a team of c. 55 people who work across digital, brand, capability, insights and sales to deliver process, tools and training to upskill marketers and sales within the organization. The objective of this role is to deliver projects that are part of the omnichannel program which covers improvements to our website, our email platform, data and insights with a view to improving our customer experiences to reduce friction.
Your Key duties and responsibilities:
- Omnichannel planning lead, leading the planning process for 2026, which includes managing complex stakeholders from Business units to digital services to sales and marketing.
- Being the scrum master for pilot projects (we call lighthouses). Working with lighthouse teams on lighthouse launches (key complex launches for Bus that require specific support from a cross functional team).
- Responsible for the communication & results on the lighthouse program.
- Manage capacity within the omnichannel team, supporting particular projects e.g. the adoption of the marketing nurture tool or the consent program.
- Driving capability within the team to deliver better project management, using agile & scrum techniques and processes.
- Line management of 1 scrum master.
Key requirements:
- Experience in medium to large matrix organizations through periods of transformation.
- Marketing experience essential.
- Has the ability to translate complex technical language for a range of different non-technical audiences.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences end to end.
- Actively encourages contributions from all those around them, recognizing the value of team members’ input when solving problems.
- 8+ years of marketing experience working with digital/IT in an agile environment.
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.

Education/Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree in Marketing or similar.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in project management and scrum master/agile approaches.
- Experience in delivering great customer experiences.
- Experience in data & comfortable using data to drive action.

Travel Requirements: Position is not expected to have significant travel requirements outside of the UK.
Languages Skills: Fluency in English both written and verbal, additional European languages such would be an advantage.
Working Conditions: Convatec operates a Hybrid working policy and you should expect to be in the office in London or Deeside 1 day a week.
