About the role

As a Night Enabling Support Worker, it will be your role to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

Shaftesbury East Anglia provides person-centred care and support for adults with a wide range of disabilities and needs. The service is tailored to the individual’s needs, enabling people to build on living skills and independence and achieve daily tasks in their homes. Accessing the local community for activities, to make friends and be part of the community is an important part of this service.
