We are growing our training team and are now looking for a Sister Charge Nurse for Highfield House in Purley. The successful candidates must be individuals with the motivation and drive to improve patient care and demonstrate Fairlie Healthcare’s Core Values in their daily work.

Ensuring good standards of care for the Resident are maintained at all times.

Involving and supporting Residents, relatives, carers and friends in the care process.

Observing a general duty of care for the health, safety and well-being of yourself, work colleagues, visitors and Residents within the Home.

Ensuring the rules, policies, procedures and standards of the Home together with all relevant statutory and professional obligations are adhered to at all times.

Maintaining Resident confidentiality, dignity and privacy at all times.

Adhering to the Home’s policy on valuing equality and diversity and showing due regard for each Resident’s cultural and religious beliefs, gender, ethnicity, age and sexuality.
