5 year sponsorship opportunities for students as home care workers in Carmarthen and surrounding areas. This is a full-time role of 38 hours a week providing support to individuals living in rural parts of Carmarthenshire and is a countywide role.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to individuals in rural areas of Carmarthenshire.
2. Work full-time, 38 hours a week, with guaranteed overtime and weekend enhancements.
3. Drive between client calls; compensation of 45p per mile will be provided.
4. Work morning shifts starting at 07:00 and evening shifts that may finish as late as 22:00.
5. Work every other weekend.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in care.
2. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
3. Must be eligible for a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS).
