Are you a data guru who loves turning numbers into actionable insight?

As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things data and analytics that supports optimising marketing campaigns and driving business growth. Your mission – to dive deep into customer data and transform it into insights to supercharge our marketing strategies and customer experience. You’ll be the creator behind the scenes, guiding the business to unlock its full potential.

You’ll tackle both acquisition and retention initiatives, covering a wide range of direct media channels like direct mail, email and mobile. Your keen eye for detail will be key as you decode briefs from the CRM team and deliver flawless post-campaign analysis. Plus, you’ll collaborate with the Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to design A/B tests that reveal the true effectiveness of our campaigns.

Your insight will be the secret power behind key business decisions and growth. You’ll help define, build and refine reports using visualisation tools to assist marketing functions. And let’s not forget, you’ll become a specialist in the Specsavers data landscape.

This role is perfect for someone who loves data, analytics and problems solving. You’ll be a numbers whiz with excellent attention to detail and can explain complex ideas clearly.
