Junior Administrator Duties and responsibilities Reporting to Administration team leader or substitute, you are to carry out the following duties:- • Answer telephones. • Enter jobs on to the system • Order acknowledgement • Visual compliance • Live job book input • Create delivery notes and day work sheets. • Booking transport • Order stock / stationary when required. • Invoicing spreadsheet. • Assist accounts with monthly invoicing • Office filing. • Data entry.
