As the Senior Designer: Create Iconic Designs: Lead the design process from concept to creation, ensuring every product aligns with their signature handwriting while pushing the envelope on premium design. Trend Visionary: Stay ahead of the curve by actively tracking global fashion trends, spotting missed opportunities, and translating runway inspiration into fresh, commercially relevant designs that stand out in the market. Collaborate & Innovate: Participate in dynamic, cross-functional workshops with designers, buyers, and the creative team to develop on-trend, commercially successful collections. Work closely with the Colour and Fabric Designer to implement seasonal palettes and fabric innovations. Lead the Creative Direction: Drive the strategic design brief, ensuring alignment with business area strategy, while pushing for forward-thinking aesthetics and premium product quality. Be a Trend Ambassador: Guide the design team with your extensive market research and contribute to global storytelling through trend boards, mood boards, and creative direction. Challenge the Norm: Push the boundaries by challenging designs, fabrics, and trims, working alongside buyers and suppliers to ensure premium quality and cutting-edge finishes that keep you ahead of competitors. What we’re looking for in a Senior Designer: A degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent), with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Designer or Designer at a premium level. Expert visualisation skills: Whether by hand or digitally (Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, CAD, and PowerPoint), you bring your ideas to life in a way that captures attention. Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims, with an eye for premium finishes that elevate the product. Strategic thinking: You have a strong sense of what’s next in fashion, and you know how to take those insights and turn them into innovative, on-brand designs.
