We’re looking for a warm, professional, and reliable Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Southminster practice.
Shift Pattern:
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (on a rota basis)
- Monday Tuesday afternoon and Thursday and Friday morning and Saturdays (one in four mornings)
About the Role:
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, caring environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients—managing appointments, handling calls, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience.
Requirements:
- Previous reception experience (veterinary preferred but not essential)
- Must live locally to Southminster
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A compassionate and calm manner with both clients and pets
