We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader with strong Property Management experience: A People Person, Coach, Mentor and Leader! This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing and dynamic independent property company located in the vibrant Stepney area. This role offers the chance to lead and mentor a team within a forward-thinking, established property consultancy servicing Central and Greater London.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of property managers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Contractors, and Tenants
- Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Effectively problem-solving while maintaining calm under pressure
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
- Organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in Residential Property Management and ASTs
- Strong team management and coaching skills
- In-depth knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Good with technology and property management software
- High level of customer service skills and professional telephone manner
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
- Full UK Driving License essential; own car preferred
- ARLA qualification would be advantageous
