We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader with strong Property Management experience: A People Person, Coach, Mentor and Leader! This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing and dynamic independent property company located in the vibrant Stepney area. This role offers the chance to lead and mentor a team within a forward-thinking, established property consultancy servicing Central and Greater London.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of property managers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Contractors, and Tenants
  • Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Effectively problem-solving while maintaining calm under pressure
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
  • Organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in Residential Property Management and ASTs
  • Strong team management and coaching skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Good with technology and property management software
  • High level of customer service skills and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
  • Full UK Driving License essential; own car preferred
  • ARLA qualification would be advantageous
