Job Description Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Global Data Privacy to lead and evolve our global data privacy strategy. This individual will serve as the enterprise-wide privacy expert, ensuring compliance with complex international laws, mitigating risk, and driving a culture of accountability, transparency, and trust. As a key leader in our Ethics & Compliance team, the Director will also play a critical role in developing policies for emerging technologies, including AI. Responsibilities Collaborate with product, technology, and legal teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI and machine learning technologies. Oversee data governance practices to ensure data used in AI models is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with applicable laws. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in data privacy, information governance, or related compliance leadership roles within complex, global organizations. Deep expertise in global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other emerging privacy laws. Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM).
