A leading international firm is seeking a senior corporate associate (5+ PQE) with a focus on Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) to join its team in London. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, particularly within the ENRI sector.
Experience working with infrastructure funds or corporates and proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships is highly desirable. The role involves working across a wide range of asset classes including mining, power (renewables and conventional), oil & gas, digital, and other infrastructure, often on cross-border deals. Clients include corporates, investment funds, development finance institutions, governments, and banks.
