This position will be responsible for processing bills.
Duties:
- Process bills for entry from faxes, mail, and emails received from clerical staff.
- Enter bills correctly with date, amount, account number, and vendor authorization in a timely manner.
- Pull bills for NSF file and authorization file and place in sorter.
- Process and date stamp bills for daily payments.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Skills:
- Data Entry Skills.
- Great communication skills in relation to face-to-face, phone and email interactions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
One year experience in Data Entry.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years
