Conveyancing Paralegal

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and ensuring legal compliance throughout the process.

Duties:

1. Manage conveyancing transactions
2. Conduct property searches and investigate titles
3. Prepare and review Offers, missives, and other legal documents
4. Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents to coordinate transactions
5. Provide legal advice on property matters
6. Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations
7. Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
2. Strong organisational and administrative skills
3. Excellent IT skills for managing digital documents and databases
4. Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to type accurately and quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
