We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Probate department in providing support to our solicitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in using various office software applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Draft legal documents
- Organise and maintain legal files
- Assist solicitors and other fee earners in preparing for meetings
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other professionals
- Manage correspondence and emails
- Handle administrative tasks within the legal office
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
