Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact? We are looking for a talented Principal Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the performance of our Protegrity products and ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Manager/Director of Product Performance Engineering and other team members to understand and evaluate the performance of our products.
  • Develop and enhance performance evaluation scopes, execute tests, and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Engage with customers to understand and resolve performance issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve our products.

Qualifications:

  • BE or BTech in Computer Engineering degree with 8-10 years real full time on the job experience in software product performance preferably for a software product company.
  • Strong expertise in Linux Shell Scripting and computer system monitoring.
  • Proficiency in application programming and computer systems.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, etc.
  • Knowledge of modern computing concepts like Cloud, Containerization, and micro-services.
  • Familiarity with containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of computer science.
