Are you a share schemes specialist looking for a new challenge? Opportunity Overview A unique opportunity has arisen to join a growing team in this newly created position. You will primarily work with privately owned businesses, supporting them with their share schemes tax compliance and advisory work. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing and producing written reports on the tax implications of various employment-related share ownership situations. Drafting EMI, CSOP, and non-tax advantaged share option scheme documentation. Calculating the personal and corporate tax implications related to employee share ownership. Reviewing annual Employment Related Securities returns and providing advice on them. Drafting fiscal valuations for tax-advantaged share schemes or to meet PAYE liabilities. Researching legislation and providing technical analysis on the tax treatment of share incentive arrangements, including the impact of new legislation on clients. Managing and training junior members of the Equity Reward team. Location and Growth Opportunities This role can be based in either London or Bristol. While most team members are in Bristol, senior staff frequently travel to London, where many clients are located. This presents a key growth opportunity as the firm aims to establish a physical presence there. Career Progression There are ample opportunities for progression. The team believes there are untapped revenue streams within their existing network, which the right individual can develop with support to grow their portfolio.
