We are seeking a Global Brand Manager to join one of the world’s leading global FMCG brand owners. This role will be responsible for driving all marketing-related activities for seasonal campaigns across the business for a premium brand.
You will mine consumer insights through data and analysis to identify key trends and market opportunities, creating brand strategy and briefs to drive all consumer-facing communication for all markets.
If you have solid strategic brand marketing experience within premium and luxury brands, have experience in elevating brand image and understand what luxury looks like, then this could be the role for you.
This broad end-to-end role has significant internal visibility and high progression potential. We are looking for:
1) A problem-solver with creativity and initiative
2) A strong background in global brand management, innovation and brand marketing
3) Experience in driving full 360 campaigns in omnichannel environments.
4) A strong track record of launching breakthrough brand and product campaigns, preferably with international experience.
5) A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
6) Strong commercial capabilities
7) Highly strategic across brand planning, CMI, Communications and FMCG
Responsibilities will include:
- To build, develop and implement a global brand strategy for seasonal campaigns to enhance brand equity and market share.
- Conduct international market research to track competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with product teams to align on seasonal marketing strategies.
- To create, drive and deliver seasonal marketing campaigns globally, ensuring consistency across all regions.
- To monitor seasonal campaign financials to ensure delivery is within budget.
- Working with key stakeholders globally to ensure alignment of all seasonal campaigns.
- To provide creative direction and leadership, maximising the brand impact globally.
- To monitor performance of all campaigns, ensuring strategies are adjusted accordingly.
Skills required for this role:
• Solid Brand Marketing experience within Premium/Luxury fashion or beauty brands preferred
• Demonstrable experience in managing a sophisticated portfolio
• Brand equity development experience
• A passion for developing consumer-centric plans
• Strong agency management experience
• Capable and experienced in developing strong commercial plans with a demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth
• The ability to develop long-term growth strategies
• The ability to deliver the brand strategy
• An inspiring storyteller
• A strong leader with the ability to influence at all levels
The role is a hybrid role allowing you to work three days in the office in London
and two days from home
