3D CAD Designer Oxford Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits Introduction: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled 3D CAD Designer to join a leading medical technology company. The role is based four days a week in Oxford and one day from home and offers a competitive salary of £40,000 along with excellent benefits. You\’ll be responsible for 3D printing and ensuring the highest standards in medical device production. Duties & Responsibilities: 3D printing of medical devices using FDM, SLA, and Polyjet technologies. Post-processing, finishing, and inspecting 3D-printed outputs to ensure quality. Managing manufacturing and quality processes, contributing to continuous improvements. Performing regular maintenance and calibration of 3D printers. Collaborating with the Engineering and Sales teams to deliver products to hospitals. What Experience is Required: Proven experience in 3D printing technologies, such as FDM, SLA, and Polyjet. Experience in a similar role, ideally within a medical device or engineering environment. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 13485 or 9001. Salary & Benefits: Up to £40,000. Up to 12% annual bonus, paid bi-annually. 3% employer contribution to UK Gov NEST pension. Discretionary salary review and opportunities for a company share options scheme.
