Description

  • Data & Analysis: Produce concise dashboards and reports on HR/OD metrics (engagement scores, absence, case management, etc.).
  • Project Support: Lead the ROR (Design, Respond, Optimise & Roll-out) process liaising with legal and stakeholders.
  • T&C & Policy: Review and update terms & conditions, role profiles, job families and HR policies.
  • Research & Bench-marking: Conduct desk research and external bench-marking to identify best practice in HR/OD strategy, culture change and L&D.
  • Workshops & Events: Organise and facilitate engagement sessions, write up outputs and translate findings into action plans.
  • Sensitive Case Support: Provide confidential support on complex employee relations matters as needed.

Profile

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Proven planning and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in reviewing and implementing T&Cs, job families and pay structures
  • Strong stakeholder management at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with policy development, absence management and ER casework
