We are looking for a Technology Leader with a deep understanding of Radio Frequency Systems to join our team. Our company has a rich history in satellite and cellular communications, and we are now expanding our capabilities to include innovative new communications systems in the fields of Low Earth Orbit Satellites and High‑Altitude Platform Systems. We want you to be part of this journey. Your work will involve collaborating with business developers to understand technology trends and market opportunities, and inspiring colleagues to develop technology breakthroughs that add real value for our customers.

What you can bring

As a Technology Leader, you will have a proven track record of leadership and innovation in RF systems and wireless communication. You’ll be enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and their potential benefits to our clients. You will be a confident communicator, able to articulate your ideas and inspire others.

You will work closely with business developers to understand market trends and client needs, and you will lead the creation and development of new groundbreaking wireless products, from initial discussion and problem definition through to specification and successful delivery.

Aspiring candidates will have some of the following:

• Extensive experience of specifying and designing RF systems and products
• Knowledge of 3GPP communications standards
• Antenna specification and design
• Understanding of Digital Signal Processing and its applications in RF
• A passion for understanding and developing new technologies
• Enthusiasm for mentoring more junior engineers
